What does the plan include?
2 different Training Plans. Even the best plan is going to become boring and stop working eventually so we will include 2 different styles of training for you to rotate.
How long until I see results?
If you stick to the plan and do as advised it will start working from Day 1. It usually takes a couple of weeks before you will start to see noticeable changes in your physique. .
How long before I recieve the plan?
It depends on how quickly you answer the questionnaire and email it back to us. So in most cases, you should receive your plan within 3 business days from the purchase day.

Before embarking on an exercise program you should consult your doctor. If you are unfamiliar with weight training then we recommend you invest in a Personal trainer to insure your form is correct, your weights are suitable so that you minimize the risk of injury.
