Refund policy
In-Store Sales
We do not refund supplements if you simply change your mind. If you have purchased the wrong supplement, it can be exchanged but only when brought back within the same day; due to consumer safety we cannot take back products that have been outside the store for longer than 24 hours.
We do not refund supplements if you have bought and opened the product to find you have the wrong flavour. We thoroughly check all products before they are displayed. Anything brought back due to “defect” will first be investigated by the supply distributor before any kind of exchange is given. Please note: Suppliers immediately recall products that aren’t right according to batch numbers. One product having a defect from an overall good batch is extremely rare. Not liking the taste of a supplement is not grounds for a refund.
Damaged & Incorrect Items
ZivFit Pty Ltd do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers. In the case of our error or goods damaged in transit, we will cover all transport charges.
