A tasty little microwave protein cake - ready in minutes! We'll even give you a few recipe variations!
Ingredients
- 25g Bulk Nutrients Protein Matrix (we used Chocolate)
- 25g Cocoa Powder
- 80g Self Raising Flour
- 20g Choc bits
- 85ml Skim Milk
- 18g Butter
- 1 Egg
- Dash of water
Method
- Combine all dry ingredients
- Melt butter, then combine all wet ingredients
- Combine wet and dry ingredients (if the mixture is too dry add a dash of water)
- Evenly portion into 4 greased ramekins
- Microwave for approx. 1min

Options
- Top with Mrs Taste Sugar Free Syrup (we used chocolate syrup)
- If you have more calories to play with divide the mixture into 2 serves (instead of 4)
