Choose the subscription that works for you: receive a box every month with alternating brands, or stick with your preferred brand and receive a box every 2 months.
Your subscription is automatically billed on the 10th of your scheduled month. Planet Max places our subscription stock order with our suppliers on the 17th. Once your products arrive at Planet Max, we'll notify you that your box is ready to collect or ship it to you if you've added shipping to your subscription.

If you've selected Monthly – Alternating Brands, we'll collect your preferences for both Faction Labs and Altered Nutrition, so we'll have everything we need as your subscription alternates between brands.
FLAVOUR AVAILABILITY
Your flavour selections are subject to supplier availability. We'll always do our best to match the flavours you've selected when we place our supplier order.
If your preferred flavour is unavailable, we'll choose a Surprise Me flavour from the available flavours for that product so your subscription box can still be fulfilled without delay.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose your subscription
Select Monthly – Alternating Brands, Bi-Monthly – Faction Labs or Bi-Monthly – Altered Nutrition.
2. Place your first order
Complete your subscription purchase through our website. Your first box is charged when you initially subscribe.
3. Complete your Supplement Preferences Form
After subscribing, complete our quick Supplement Preferences Form to customise your box (we'll email the form to you).
You'll select your preferred Protein and Intra-Workout flavours, then choose whether you'd like a Pre-Workout or Pump Formula and select your preferred flavour.
Can't decide? Select Surprise Me for any product and we'll choose a flavour for you.
If you've selected Monthly – Alternating Brands, the form will collect your preferences for both Faction Labs and Altered Nutrition.
Preferred flavours are subject to supplier availability. We'll always do our best to match your selections. If your preferred flavour isn't available, we'll select a Surprise Me flavour from the available options.
4. Future subscription payments are processed on the 10th
After your initial purchase, your recurring subscription payment is automatically processed on the 10th of each scheduled subscription month.
5. We order your supplements
Planet Max places our subscription stock order with our suppliers on the 17th of each month.
6. Your products arrive at Planet Max
Once your products arrive, we'll get your subscription box ready.
7. Collect or have it shipped
If you've selected Pick-up In-Store, we'll notify you when your box is ready to collect from Planet Max Hobart.
If you've added shipping to your subscription, we'll pack and dispatch your box to your nominated address once your products have arrived.
NEED TO SKIP A BOX?
Going away? Still stocked up? No problem.
You can skip an individual upcoming order without cancelling your subscription.
Simply log in to your Planet Max customer account, manage your subscription and select Skip on the upcoming order you don't need.
You won't be charged for the skipped order, and your subscription will continue with your following scheduled order.
NEED A LONGER BREAK?
You can pause your subscription at any time.
Pausing stops your future subscription charges and upcoming orders until you're ready to resume.
When you're ready to start receiving your boxes again, simply log in to your Planet Max account and resume your subscription.
NO LOCK-IN — CANCEL ANYTIME
Changed your mind? You can cancel your subscription through your Planet Max customer account.
Once cancelled, future billing and subscription orders will stop.
If you only need a temporary break, use Skip for a single order or Pause for a longer break instead.
COLLECTION & SHIPPING
🛍️ PICK-UP IN-STORE
Choose Pick-up In-Store for your subscription and collect your box from Planet Max Hobart.
We'll notify you once all of your products have arrived and your box is ready to collect.
🚚 SHIPPING
Prefer your subscription box sent to you?
Shipping can be added to your subscription. Once your products arrive at Planet Max, we'll pack and dispatch your box to your nominated address.
PLEASE NOTE
Your subscription billing date is not your collection or dispatch date.
Recurring subscription payments are processed on the 10th, Planet Max places our supplier orders on the 17th, and your box will be available for collection or dispatched once your products have arrived at Planet Max.
