Are you ready to start your fitness journey, but not sure how or where to begin? Build Her Up is a 6-week online hybrid training program created especially for women who are new to or just getting started in the gym. It's all about building strength and growing confidence whilst improving your overall health!
The program combines hypertrophy and conditioning training, bringing you the best of both worlds, keeping things exciting and a little spicy! The program aims to help you feel more confident in the gym, starting with body weight and free weight movements, then progressing through to machine-based weights. Sessions have been structured to take approx. 45min to complete.
Program kick off & spots
- Starts: 6 October
- Spots available: 6 only (5 remaining)
- Requirement: must have a gym membership
- Training days: 4 per week
Note: this program is not for women who are already totally comfortable in the gym (for these people our Coaching or Training & Macros subscriptions are a great fit!). It's built for you if you want to take you first steps (or re-take them) with guidance, community, and accountability.
