🔬 WHAT IS DIALED CARNAGE?
DIALED Carnage is a powdered, caffeine-containing pre-workout from The X Athletics.
Unlike lower-caffeine pre-workout formulas, Carnage contains a particularly high concentration of stimulants.
The manufacturer's published formula highlights:
Caffeine: Carnage currently advertises 525mg caffeine per full serve. Caffeine is a stimulant found naturally in coffee, tea and other products, as well as in many pre-workout supplements.
L-Citrulline: The current manufacturer listing advertises 6g L-Citrulline per full serve. L-Citrulline is an amino acid commonly included in pre-workout products.
L-Tyrosine: An amino acid found in various foods and sports nutrition formulations.
Alpha-GPC: A specialised compound included in some pre-workout formulas.
Other Ingredients: Carnage also contains additional ingredients. Refer to the physical product label for the complete formulation and exact quantities.
The inclusion of these ingredients does not guarantee improvements in strength, endurance, concentration, blood flow or other training outcomes.
🏋️ DIALED CARNAGE VS DIALED PRE WORKOUT — WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
Both products belong to The X Athletics range, but their stimulant profiles differ.
DIALED CARNAGE
- Marketed as a high-stimulant pre-workout.
- Contains L-Citrulline and other specialised ingredients.
- Provides 25 full serves per tub.
- Not suitable for beginners or caffeine-sensitive individuals.
DIALED PRE WORKOUT
- The original DIALED pre-workout formula.
- Marketed as a lower-stimulant alternative to Carnage.
- Contains caffeine and other pre-training ingredients.
- Provides 50 serves per tub.
Which should you choose?
Carnage contains a very high amount of caffeine and isn't an appropriate choice simply because someone wants a stronger pre-workout.
Consider your total caffeine intake, individual sensitivity and the product's full ingredient profile.
For those wanting to avoid caffeine altogether, a non-stimulant pre-workout is another option.
🥤 HOW TO USE DIALED CARNAGE
The manufacturer publishes the following mixing directions:
Mix one manufacturer-defined serve with 300–400mL of cold water, approximately 15–30 minutes before training.
