Ingredients
1 cup (200g) cooked brown lentils, drained weight |
1/2 clove garlic, chopped |
2 spring onions, sliced |
Large Handful English spinach leaves, shredded |
80g Reduced fat Fetta |
1 cup (180g) cherry tomatoes, halved |
15g Walnuts, chopped |
98% fat free Italian dressing, to taste |
