A tasty morning tea snack with a coffee or cup of tea. 


  • 2 scoops MAGIC NUTRITION Cookie Whey Protein Powder
  • 90g coconut flour
  • ¼ tsp Stevia
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp. ABC spread
  • magic cookies2 egg whites
  • 35g serve Queens Sugar-free maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp table salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to form dough. You may need to add some water to help ingredients stick together.
  4. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  5. Use the back of a fork to flatten the cookies in a crisscross pattern, then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Bake cookies for 6-8 minutes until the edges are firm but the centre is still soft. Remove from oven and allow cookies to set as they cool.
  7. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to one week.
