2 Scoops rolled Oats |
3 scoops Nortech Norwegian Whey Vanilla protein powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 tbsp Equal sweetener ½ teaspoon baking soda 4 egg whites 1 pinch of salt Makes 12
