A tasty little dessert that won’t blow out your macros
Ingredients
2 scoops BCAA or Essential Amino Acids formula 16g
1tbsp Gelatine or sachet Aeroplane diet jelly
250ml Coconut water
Method
Protein Jelly Mix - Heat coconut water in a medium saucepan on medium-low heat.
Sprinkle gelatin powder over water and stir to dissolve as you bring to a simmer.
Once the gelatin is completely dissolved, turn off heat and add honey if using. Add BCAAs (Raspberry, Cola, Mango or flavour of choice) and stir until dissolved.
Pour mixture into an 8x8 square baking dish or plastic moulds and refrigerate until jelly is set, about 2 hours.
If you use the flavoured Jelly then the sweetness is going to be doubled, just depends how sweet you want it. Enjoy
