What is it?  MUSCLE SPORT has several pre-workout products in their range and Rhino V2 is the strongest of the bunch. Rhino V2 has all the goodies necessary to extend your efforts in the gym, with ingredients to improve endurance, pump, focus and energy levels. MUSCLE SPORT have actually put some effort into designing a quality pre-workout here and it delivers in the gym.

Who Should take it?  While this is a strong Pre-workout it can still be used by novices. RHINO BLACK V2 has a half scoop 1 serve or full scoop 2 serves option. Usually the products that list this option don’t actually have enough ingredients in the 1 serve to get the job done. With this product however the half scoop option is loaded enough to satisfy most gym goers. More serious or larger trainers will no doubt go for the full scoop.

 What does it do? RHINO V2 has a 3-prong approach to improving each aspect of your workout 

Nitric Oxide Pump Complex: Muscle sports have thrown just about everything known to increase pump into this blend. If your don’t notice a significant boost in blood flow with this one then you may not be alive. The prime mover here is a big dose of L-Citrulline augmented with some L-Ornithine. The L-Ornithine gets converted to Citrulline too, ending up being a time release source of Citrulline. If this wasn’t enough there is also the patented S7 blend of antioxidants coupled with Glycerol and Beetroot extract. Destination pump city! 

Energy Complex: A blend of Beta-Alanine, Betaine and creatine assist with performance and improved endurance while exercising. The Dosage of Creatine is a little on the low side which is odd as creatine is cheap and effective.

Mental Stimulation and focus: Caffeine and Theobromine combine to wake you up and get you firing. The L-Tyrosine and Choline complex helps ensure that your nervous system has the raw ingredients it needs to produce neurotransmitters and you don’t get a big crash afterwards.

How do I take it?  1/2 scoop is going to be enough for most people although most people will experiment with a full scoop at least once  ½ to 1 scoop, 20-30 minutes before exercise with a glass of water.
