BULK NUTRIENTS TESTMAX

BULK NUTRIENTS TESTMAX

What is it?  BULK NUTRIENTS has stepped outside the usual Testosterone Boosting, cookie cutter formula that most companies offer and have delivered a novel and effective product to boost energy, performance and libido. For those looking to improve Strength, recovery, performance and general energy levels then this product could be for you.

Who Should take it?  We would class this product in the mild range of Testosterone Boosters and a good place to start for those new to Test Boosters. Because it has a lot of ingredients you don’t find in other Test Boosting products, this makes TESTMAX a great choice when your favourite Test Booster begins to plateau. Simply swap out your usual Testosterone booster for TESTMAX for 4 weeks, then you can swap back to your favourite.

What does it do?  BULK NUTRIENTS TESTMAX has been designed to bring your Testosterone and free Testosterone levels up. Let’s look at the ingredients

  • D-Aspartic Acid: has been shown to increase Luteinising Hormone at a dosage of 3.2 grams (4.1 grams here so that’s plenty). Luteinising Hormone then signals the Testes to produce more Testosterone. Would have been nice to see Sarcosine added to this stack as both D-Aspartic acid and Sarcosine have to bind to the receptor at the same time to activate Luteinising hormone production.
  • Fenugreek: has been shown to be a mild testosterone boosting ingredient plus it has the added bonus of being beneficial for carbohydrate utilisation/insulin control.
  • Betaine: this ingredient in my opinion is going to be a Supplement Super star in the next few years. Preliminary studies are showing it to be effective for life extension, brain function, performance and general health. The positive news is multiple new studies looking at different health benefits are being funded atm. Dosage in studies range from 1 to 6 grams, the higher doses generally used in performance studies, lower doses general health and brain function.
  • Dodder Seed:  While Dodder seed is not a direct stimulant to either the pituitary or the testes, it may improve the function of the gonadotropin/luteinizing hormone (LH) receptor. This may be a nice addition to the D-Aspartic acid as it is docking on the same receptor.
  • L-Carnitine Tartrate: While L-Carnitine is normally associated with fat loss, there is limited research to suggest the Tartrate version of L-Carnitine may sensitise testosterone receptors. Sensitive receptors translate to better testosterone signalling without having to increase actual testosterone.
  • Nettle Extract   has been included for its ability to free some extra testosterone from its binding proteins. Only free testosterone can dock with a testosterone receptor and usually only amounts to 2-3% of total testosterone. Studies showing increases in Testosterone are mixed, however there seems to be some positive results in relation to decreases in prostate size. Studies on free testosterone are hard to find. However, studies on inflammation reduction were positive so that in itself merits the inclusion of Nettle extract into this formula.

How do I take it?  12g Scoop in water daily for 4 weeks followed by a break of 4 weeks. Limited research suggests that longer periods of D-Aspartic Acid supplementation may start to cause a reduction in testosterone production, 4 weeks then swap products or have a break.
