Easy High-Protein Protein Balls Recipe

A tasty little snack, perfect for morning and afternoon tea.
Ingredients
265g dates
2/3 cup water
65g LSA (linseed, sunflower seed, almonds)
3.5 scoops Bulk Nutrients Protein Matrix (Vanilla or Vanilla Maple)
65g desiccated coconut
30g cocoa powder
2 tsps tahini
Method
1. Boil dates in water until they are soft and water has evaporated.
2. In a food processor mix dates with LSA, protein powder, 1/2 the coconut, cocoa and tahini in a food processor.
3. Divide into walnut-sized balls and roll in remaining coconut.
4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Makes 10 serves.
