Easy High-Protein Chilled Espresso Custard Recipe

This dessert is a delicious, lighter options to satisfy your sweet cravings without overloading on calories late in the evening.

Ingredients
375ml Skim milk
2 eggs, beaten
½ scoop (15g) Bulk Nutrients Protein Matrix Vanilla or Chocolate protein powder 
3 tsp Stevia
2 tsp instant decaffeinated coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon, for garnish

Serves 2

Method
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, protein, stevia, coffee and vanilla extract until well blended.
2. Pour into 2 custard cups or ramekins and place in a 30cm skillet.
3. Fill the skillet with water to 1.5cm from the tops of the custard cups
4. Bring the water to the boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 mins
5. Remove the cups from the skillet, cover with plastic wrap touching the surface of the custard, and refrigerate for 3 hours, or until chilled
6. Garnish with cinnamon and lemon twists.
