Max Intensity™ is no random PWO. After several years, in the sports nutrition field Nortech Nutrition chose to present their own Pre-Workout. Nortech Nutrition is not pushing any fancy advertising or lofty promises without backing it up. Max Intensity™ is quite simply a Nordic PWO beverage with anabolic ingredients – this one gives you a lot of bang for the buck.
Recommended use: Mix ½ scoop (15 g) of Max Intensity™ mixed with 2 dl water, 20-30 minutes before working out. The product can also be consumed during the workout for added effect. It should then be mixed with 3-4 dl water.
Max Intensity™ composition
One serving of Max Intensity™ gives a whopping 3 grams of Creatine. Creatine in this form is micronized to ensure rapid rebuilding of creatine phosphate stores in the musculature.
Max Intensity™ is loaded with Beta-Alanine. The effect is a postponing of muscular exhaustion which helps you reach the next level. *Studies show that Beta-Alanine is converted to carnosine which can buffer lactic acid. * One 10-week study on the effect of Beta-Alanine that was performed on athletes shows that the group who took Beta-Alanine supplements alongside creatine gained more muscles and lost more fat.
L-Citruline neutralises lactic acids and ammonia from the muscles and bloodstream during taxing strain. This results in improved endurance.
