What is it?  CENTURIAN LABS GOD OF WAR Pre-workout has been around for several years and has proved to be a PLANETMAX Members favourite due to its intense kick. With changes in Australian government regulations, I fear this current batch of GOD of War will be the last we see on Australian shores for a while.

 Who Should take it?  This formula is not for the faint hearted. It is designed for people that have been using pre-workout for quite a while already and can handle the high stimulant content. Less experienced pre-workout uses would still benefit from a half serve.

What does it do? GOD OF WAR is mainly focused on giving you a huge surge in energy along with a relatively small amount of pump and endurance ingredients thrown in as a bonus. Personally, I think an extra 3 grams of Citruline would have made this a winning formula by rounding out the pump a little better (pumps are King!).

So lets talk now on what it does have…..a huge boost in Energy and Adrenaline. If this doesn’t wake you up then you are already dead! Caffiene, PEA, Theanine, Synephrine and Hordenine will all contribute to enough energy to get any workout done and dusted.

Pump and Endurance are addressed with Alanine, Agmatine and Arginine. B Vitamins and electrolytes round out the formula.

How do I take it?  ¾ to1 scoop in 200mls of water 20-30 minutes before exercise. For Females ½ scoop should be sufficient for a great workout. As always you can start the dosage low and gauge your tolerance to the product. You can always bump the dosage up it in the next exercise session if a half serve wasn’t quite enough the first time..
