What does the plan include?
The plan includes following supplements:

The vegetarian diet is generally an animal-meat free diet. It is associated with a higher consumption of fiber, folic acid, vitamins C and E, magnesium, unsaturated fat, and countless phytochemicals. This often results in vegetarians having lower cholesterol, weight-loss, having lower blood pressure, and reduced risk of heart disease.  It is also been shown to improve mood (due to a lowered arachidonic acid intake, which is usually found in meat), may improve symptoms of psoriasis, reduce the incidence of diabetes and cataracts, less risk of stroke, obesity and developing of kidney stones.

Who should try it? 
Anyone already following a vegetarian lifestyle would benefit greatly from this programme. Also, anyone who wants to take advantage of the benefits the diet provides. It is, however, not the best option if your main goals are related to muscle building, due to the lower intake of complete proteins (plant proteins are usually incomplete – lacking some essential amino acids, apart from: soy, quinoa, buckwheat, hempseed, and chia). If your goals are general health and wellbeing, and/or weight-loss, then this is a perfect diet for you.

How long until I see results?
If you stick to the plan and follow the guide-lines, you should start seeing results within a week or two.

How do I purchase?

After the purchase is finalised, you will be emailed with your sample diet and guide-lines, and your supplements will be posted to your address within two working days.
