In terms of Building large amounts of muscle mass the natural hormone Testosterone is KING. Having a healthy or even elevated level of testosterone in your body is going to accelerate the time it is going to take you to build some serious mass. Sounds simple enough, we just jump on our favourite (legal) Testosterone boosting product, eat well and train hard and off we head into beast territory.
