What does the plan include?
The plan includes a full personalised two day Nutrition plan designed by our in house Nutritionist. Plan includes supplement recommendations and timing suited to your goals.
It will be broken up over as many meals and snacks as you like to (or would prefer to) consume per day, and seperated into a "Training Day" and "Rest Day"
(note: if you don't currently train, the plan will still be adjusted to suit your goals and you will have a two day plan "High Day" and "Low Day").
Also included will be complete macronutrient and calorie content of each meal ingredient, meal/snack, and day.

How long until I see results?
If you stick to the plan and follow the guide-lines, you should start seeing results within a week or two.
How do I purchase?
Once you've read and agreed to the waiver form, simply increase the "add to cart" amount to 1, and purchase the plan. After the purchase is finalised, you will be emailed the questionnaire. Simply answer HONESTLY to all the questions on the form, and email it back to us. It will take us a few business days to calculate your calorie and macronutrient needs, and fit the foods and meals to suit your lifestyle and goals.
