Directions to make Plant Protein Pancakes
- Combine 100g (entire sachet) with 250-300mls of plant-based milk or water in a bowl.
- Mix well before pouring into a hot pan.
- When cooked through, allow to cool slightly before consuming.
100g is generally suitable for making 4 x 10cm pancakes.
You can reduce liquid by 50mls and add 1 egg if your diet allows.
