BioGreens contains Barley and Wheat Grass for their effect on free radicals, reduction of inflammation and levels of chlorophyll and calcium. Spirulina and Chlorella for their high density of key vitamins, macro and trace minerals and antioxidants. This combination provides essential fatty acids and a range of amino acids to assist with general health and wellbeing.
While we don’t recommend replacing fresh fruit and vegetables, if your diet is lacking, or you need a boost, one serve a day will provide a significant amount of your daily vitamin and mineral needs.
A typical dose of BioGreens is one rounded scoop (5 grams). Many people choose to double their dose size and there are no negatives associated with this.
Biogreens should be taken once to twice a day, morning and/or evening. Biogreens is very ‘greens’ tasting. Here are some options if you find the taste difficult:
- Mix with a small volume of non acidic juice or water and taken like a ‘shot’
- Mix in with a smoothie
- Mix it with post workout protein shake
