MAXS MUSCLE WATER

MAXS MUSCLE WATER

What is it?  MAXS MUSCLE WATER offers a refreshing new way to get your protein and carbs in after a workout with 3 great flavours to choose from.  PROTEIN WATER contains hydrolysed Collagen peptides and Whey Protein Isolate that are easy to mix (no more lumps) and taste more like fruity cordial than the tradition milky taste of regular diary based protein drinks.

Who Should take it?  Anyone looking to recover after exercise, especially those wanting to look after joint health.  If you are serious about making progress then you will realise you need some carbohydrates straight after exercise for optimal recovery. Do not be afraid of 25gram of carbohydrate, you need them.

What does it do?   MAXS MUSCLE WATER has a 3 part formula

Hydrolysed Collagens: ability to repair connective tissue like skin, hair, nails, ligaments and joints. There is some good research to suggest that all this is in fact true, however it will also repair the rest of the body.

Muscle water has type 1, type 2 and type 3 hydrolysed Collagen peptides with are optimal for repair of all connective tissue (skin, ligaments, tendons, joints) and muscle tissue.

Whey Protein Isolate: is generally considered the best form of Protein for muscle recovery, fast absorbing and with the highest amount of Leucine and BCAAs.

Carbohydrate blend: MAXS went a bit fancy with their carbohydrate blend, with a combination of slow, medium and fast digesting carbohydrates and they added some enzymes in to assist with digestion.

How do I take it? One to two scoops of MAXS MUSCLE WATER after an exercise session or it can be used throughout the day to sip on and provide extra nutrients to your current eating plan. The 3 fruity flavours of

Pineapple, Raspberry Lemonade or Crisp apple taste delicious and the cordial like texture is a welcome change from the usual milky flavoured protein powders. As a tasty alternative you can blend some Ice cubes, berries or mango into MUSCLE WATER for a smoothie.
