What is it?  LIBERTY LABZ is a relatively new American company that run with the motto of “more is better”

And their pre-workout STAND the F%#K UP is no exception to this rule. This is mostly a huge stimulant hit to get you fired up with some additional ingredients to help with pump and endurance.

Who Should take it?  Being one of the strongest pre-workouts currently on the market, this product is designed for the serious trainer.

What does it do? STAND the F%#K UP has it all in terms of extra energy, focus, pump and endurance. If you aren’t smashing out super sessions on this stuff, then you just aren’t trying.

  • 2500mg Beta-alanine – Backed by dozens of studies, this well-researched compound is a precursor to the acid buffer system in muscles, leading to less soreness and better athletic performance.
  • Hydromax – This concentrated form of glycerol helps to push water into muscles, leading to superior hydration and muscle growth. The dosage is a little low however the 50mg of Astragin makes up for it in terms of pump.
  • N-Phenylethyldimethylamine HCl – A trace amine that provides amazing energy and focus by increasing brain monoamines: dopamine and noradrenaline.
  • Dimethylethanolamine – A precursor molecule for acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter responsible for both muscular contraction and attention in the brain.
  • Astragin – We rate Astragin highly for pump and energy. Astragin is an extract of two botanicals from Chinese medicine that combine to boost absorption of other compounds, making everything formulated with it work better faster.

How do I take it?  A full scoop will be enough to get even the seasoned pre-workout users a kick in the pants. As usual, better to play it safe the first time and just try a half serve 20-30 minutes before exercise with a glass of water. PLANETMAX Staff got a great training session in with just 2/3 of a scoop, anyway use your common sense when taking this product.
